​My name is Phillip Bales. My wife, Marla, and I have two kids, Tucker 22 Mechanical Engineering student at Texas Tech and Kenli 19 Interior Design student at Texas Tech. The name 4B Real Estate comes from the idea of that at some point in the future all 4 of us will be a part of our business. We all believe that real estate is a great investment opportunity and it's never too early to start investing.

​I have an MBA from West Texas A&M, a BS in Ag Economics from Texas Tech, and a real estate license from TREC. Living in the Lubbock and Midland area has led me to develop my expertise in farm, ranch, and land real estate and given me a good understanding of the value of both agriculture and oil and gas industries as well as the hard-working individuals that make up this wonderful west Texas we call home.
